About

The AKEAC (Aktobe Educational Advising Center) is an associate member of the world international network of US government affiliated educational centers (EducationUSA Advising Centers), and our status is approved by the US Department of State. AKEAC personnel are highly qualified professionals in the sphere of overseas education and NAFSA (Association of International Educators) members.

We help people find a way for professional and academic improvement and provide a variety of services and products related to education overseas and English language studies. Our target group are Kazakhstanis of various ages from Aktobe Region and Western Kazakhstan. We use our knowledge and experience in administering educational services and in education-abroad advising and provide up-to-date information and expertise.

Aktobe Educational Advising Center has been established in Aktobe in 1999. Previously known as the Information Center of Soros Foundation Kazakhstan, the AKEAC today operates in cooperation with the Public Foundation “Bilim – Central Asia” headquartered in Almaty.
Being the only education-abroad advising center in the city, we have been helping hundreds of people in English language development and raising their academic and professional level in the recent 8 years.

In cooperation with our foreign partners, we administer more than 20 scholarship programs funded by governmental and non-governmental agencies from the USA, UK, Germany, France, Hungary, etc. These programs are open competitions based on knowledge and experience of applicants.

AKEAC has also been an active organizer and co-holder of various educational events in the city of Aktobe and in Western Kazakhstan: lectures on education abroad, educational fairs, workshops/trainings for high school students, university students and teaching faculty, educational recruitments with foreign partners. etc.
